Our custom jewelry

Every single piece that is designed at Oaklee Mae is one-of-a-kind. Handcrafted from start to finish in our studio, each piece is engraved, assembled, and finished by us in the United States. We use only high quality materials that will last for many years with proper care. 

 

Production time

Current production time for most items is about 3-5 business days + shipping time which takes about 4-5 business days in the United States for standard shipping.  

 

International Orders

Please be aware that some International shipments may take as long as 5-6 weeks for delivery because of customs delays.  Duty fees or additional country-specific fees are always the responsibility of the buyer, and we would recommend researching these fees before buying.

 

Order cancellations

We only accept order cancellations if the order has not been started.  Due to our production process we begin certain parts of each order almost immediately after orders come through.  Cancellations will be grated at our digression. 

 

Returns

We do not accept returns on personalized items.  In the event that we have made a mistake on your order, please contact us via email at customerservice@oakleemae.com & we will take care of the problem asap.

 

Shipping

All items are shipped through the USPS.  We will provide a tracking number upon shipment of your order.  Unfortunately after a package leaves our studio we have no control over the time it takes to arrive.  If an item shows delivered and you have not received the item, please contact the USPS with your tracking number to see if they can locate your package before contacting us.  Most often they can help you find your package much faster than we can.  

 

Warranty Period

All components of your necklace are under warranty for 45 days from the date of purchase. If jump rings loosens, crystals or other components are lost, or chains break from normal wear and tear during this timeline, they will be replaced free of charge. After the 45 day warranty period, there will be a minimal fee to replace broken/loosened components. Pieces sent back for repair will be inspected, polished and all components checked and tightened before being returned.
